Anyone residing in India, who wishes to buy vehicles through bidding, can participate in the auctions. Prospective buyers must provide their complete information including their name, address, proof of identity and EMD charges to get access to auctions.

As part of the registration process, you will have to place a deposit according to the inventory value. The amount is fully refundable if you do not buy anything at the time of bidding and if you do buy, the amount is adjusted against the actual purchase cost.

A money deposit is made to demonstrate a buyer's commitment to buying the inventory. After the money is paid, it remains there until the auction gets over. EMDs are then applied to closing costs, transaction fees, or down payment.

An individual may bid up to ten times his or her EMD amount (XXXX/- Earnest Money deposited amount). In the event that an additional deposit of EMD is made during the bidding process, the customer can enhance his bidding limit.

Advance sales are not practiced by us. Nothing is sold beyond the bidding process. Bidding takes place on the day of the auction, and the vehicle is awarded to the highest bidder.

Following full payment, successful bidders are fully responsible for taking delivery of the vehicle or equipment from GaadiBazaar. Vehicle/equipment may not be removed by the customer until all dues have been paid and are realized by the seller/owner. In any case, the vehicle(s)/ equipment must be removed within the next 15 days from the date of the event; otherwise, storage/parking fees will be charged @ XXX/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) plus any applicable taxes per vehicle or equipment per day.

Registered bidders who do not acquire any equipment or vehicles will receive a refund of the EMD sum as soon as the bids are closed. Any money received from EMD towards auction will be refunded to an unsuccessful bidder via NEFT transfer within 7 working days of the submission of bank details by the customer.

The customer parks the used vehicle at a GaadiBazaar Certified Dealerships. The buyer who has submitted the highest bid, will be informed about the vehicle's location for vehicle inspection.

GaadiBazaar services are available round the week from 10 am to 8 pm.

The vehicle or equipment should be physically inspected by bidders before purchase. After successful bidding, disputes relating to the year of manufacture, documents, condition of vehicles/assets, etc. will not be considered. The inspection can be performed by anyone who provides access or registration towards the participation of auction.
